Inquiry details and purpose

When you submit an inquiry, we collect the form fields you provide, the source page and any campaign parameters in its URL. You may also attach one PDF, JPG or PNG file of up to 10 MB, such as a product specification or sample photo. Please avoid including unrelated sensitive information. We use these details and any attachment to review your product requirement, reply to you and manage the resulting business correspondence. We do not ask for payment details through this form.

Storage and recipients

Inquiry records and attachments are stored in separate, non-public server directories and sent to our business email account at lychaoyan@gmail.com. Staff handling product inquiries can access them. The email service and hosting provider may process data for delivery and storage. Processing may involve transfer across national borders.
